Vitamins C and Zinc together help the body's natural defense against damaging free radicals (Antioxidant effect) and help boost immune function. Each Capsule contains Ascorbic Acid 500mg (Equivalent to 562.43mg Sodium Ascorbate). - Dosage and administration of dr zens ascorbic acid: As daily maintenance: Take 1 cap daily, or as prescribed by a physician with symptoms of cold: Take 3-4 Capsules daily.
