- Jardiance Duo (Empagliflozin/Metformin Hydrochloride) 5 mg/500 mg is a treatment adjunct to diet & exercise to improve glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes when treatment with both empagliflozin & metformin is appropriate. Jardiance Duo (Empagliflozin/Metformin Hydrochloride) 5 mg/500 mg is used in conjunction with other measures to reduce cardiovascular risk in line with the current standard care.
- Dosage and administration for Jardiance Duo Empagliflozin Metformin: Take Empagliflozin Metformin by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily in the morning. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. Use Empagliflozin Metformin regularly to get the most benefit from it.
