Alaxan Ibuprofen 200mg/325mg 10 Tablets
- Alaxan (Ibuprofen + Paracetamol) is a medicine used for faster relief of mild to moderate severe pain of musculoskeletal origin such as arthritis, rheumatism, muscle pain, strain, bursitis, sprain, tendonitis, stiff neck, backache, dysmenorrhea, tension headache, pain after tooth extraction & minor surgical operations. This drug is also used for relief of Alaxan toothache and reduction of fever. Ibuprofen Alaxan
- Dosage and administration: 1 Capsule every 6 hrs or as prescribed by the physician. Should be taken with food; Take immediately after meals. Alaxan 200 mg is contraindicated to patients with bronchospasm, angioedema or nasal polyps which are precipitated by ibuprofen, aspirin & other NSAIDs. Also for patients with advanced kidney & liver diseases.
- Warnings and precautions in using Ibuprofen Alaxan: Should not be used with any other product containing ibuprofen and/or paracetamol, for more than 10 days for pain and for more than 3 days for fever unless directed by a doctor. Use with caution in patients with peptic ulcer, liver and kidney impairment, heart failure and high blood pressure. For pregnancy and lactation: Consult a doctor
